TERMS OF SERVICE

Sunshine Scooperz LLC Pet Waste Removal is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms. The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.

SMS Policy

By submitting any form on this website, you’re giving permission to communicate with you via call, text, or email, sometimes using automated technology. We promise to only communicate when necessary regarding your quote request, reminders, or occasional special offers. No purchase is required. Text frequency may vary. If you ever change your mind, reply END or STOP to any email or text message to immediately opt out. Standard text rates apply. Your information will never be sold.

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE

Sunshine Scooperz LLC Pet Waste Removal offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Clean-Up or Seasonal Cleaning, Weekly, Twice Weekly and Bi-Weekly (Every Other Week) Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of an acre (5445 sq. ft). Measurement is based on Google Maps and location of clean up in yard (front, and/or back, and/or side yard (s)). *Larger areas will have an additional charge.

ACCESSING YOUR YARD

The Customer understands that if Sunshine Scooperz LLC Pet Waste Removal can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked or blocked gates or dogs in the yard; the clean up will be skipped and charges will still apply. Sunshine Scooperz LLC Pet Waste Removal suggests adding gate
combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.

WEATHER

Sunshine Scooperz LLC Pet Waste Removal will work through the rain, heat and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, extreme high winds or flooding. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will do our best to reschedule during that week but cannot guarantee it. If we cannot reschedule that same week, we will skip service for the week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way, so if it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the following scheduled visit when things have dried out. We will ALWAYS contact you via text message anytime we are unable to provide the scheduled service due to these circumstances.

HOLIDAYS

Sunshine Scooperz LLC Pet Waste Removal does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.

BILLING

Sunshine Scooperz LLC Pet Waste Removal pre bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed a one time deposit fee before service, then after the service has been completed. any remaining balance is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more that 30 days late Sunshine Scooperz Pet Waste Removal will turn your account over to collections.

LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS

We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We can only guarantee complete clean up of yard if grass is less than 6" high and yard is free of excess debris and leaves. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. However, the customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris and there may be some dog waste that is missed. If you find an excessive amount that we missed after our visit, please let us know as soon as possible via text at 386-898-2426 or email at RangoRocks@sunshinescooper.com.

REVISIONS

Sunshine Scooperz LLC Pet Waste Removal provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
